My company still uses the Exch2000 instant messaging service. I need to move instant messaging to a new server and decommision the old server. I've installed a second server and put a few accounts on the new server. The accounts on the new server can talk to users on the old server and vice versa. Has anyone done this type of move before and still remember the steps on how to move then decommision the old IM server? :)
