I've got a user listed in my Exchange Org as having Full Access to every mailbox. This is not right as he is not an Exchange Admin, (not a member of any EX groups) although he works in IT and is a Domain Admin. I cannot fathom why he is listed against every account when I check Full Mailbox Access for him on individual user's mailboxes. It looks as though somhow he has been granted access to all mailboxes via some other method, perhaps at Store level? How do I get the cmdlet for that to check him? I'm in the middle of a 4000 user GW to Exchange migration - how do I remove this guy from having this full access? Quite clearly there will be a Powershell command for it but I cannot get any i've tried to work correctly!

Any advice appreciated in advance.
