ESEUTIL /P hangs after 12 hrs...

It's a large Public Folders DB (EDB=230 GB & STM=590 GB).

The PF DB is still functional on Exchange, but we've copied the EDB & STM files elsewhere and we're experimenting with 3rd party tools to extract mail items from an offline DB.

The 3rd party tools seem not to work so well, probably due to underlying DB corruption.

Running ESEUTIL /P gets so far "repairing damaged tables" but hangs after about 12 hrs.

I'm pretty sure it's not doing anything, as for ESEUTIL in Task Manager CPU value is zero and I/O Read Bytes and I/O Write Bytes stop incrementing.

Any ideas how to help ESEUTIL along?
