Ok here is our situation. We have a rather large list of hotmail account email addresses we need to send out, about 250 addresses. When we send them out from one email address they all just sit there in the exchange queue and will not leave, just retry , retry , retry etc.... i have checked the recipient rules and we can send out 1000 recipients.

However if we send to the same email addresses but break them up, lets say I took 20 hotmail accounts from the list, it will email out just fine with no problems

Does Hotmail have some sort of spam detection feature perhaps that might be saying whoa... to many emails being sent to my server... that is a no no and not letting me send? I am a little confused.
