Hi, the post is long, but I wanted to try and get you the information you may need to help me:

Issue
: Outlook user composes new email and sends to several people via her ISP - not Exchange. The people in the "TO" field receive multiple copies of the message.

Findings
: Began happening when I installed an SBS 2003 Server running Exchange 2003 to host Black Berry Enterprise Server Express. There are only 2 Black Berry users, so I only setup two people as Exchange Users and modified their Outlook to connect to Exchange not their ISP. These users can send / receive messages without issue. If the message composer includes one of the "exchange" users in the "TO" field, the message is delivered twice to each recipient. If the message sender includes both "exchange" users in the "TO" field, the message is delivered three times to each recipient. You can see from Header 1 - the original message, that is a normal hand off to the ISP. You can see in Header 2 that the SBS 2003 / Black Berry Server (BES1) has also handed off the message to the ISP - causing a second delivery.

Not sure what to change to resolve this ??? I don't want to side track any suggestions, but I think the SBS is intercepting Port 25 traffic from the Non - Exchange clients and trying to be helpful and deliver the messages for them ??
