Hello,

when a user posts a new meesage to a public folder is it possible to to send an email automatically to users that have access to this notifying them that a new meesage has been posted.

On the properties of that folder use the folder assistant to create a rule for your notification.

I dont find that option in the Folder. Can you help me to find that option please?

You have to be an owner of the folder, then you will find it on the Administration tab of the properties.
