We have a 2 customers who can email us just fine, except when they send an email with attached files. Checked our spam filter and I only see the messages without attachments. I checked the Exchange 2010 logs and I only see the messages without attachments. I am able to receive emails with attachments from other customers and outside sources. We have tried small attachments and different file types. The customer is not getting an NDR or that the message was not sent. Anybody run into this issue and can provide some help?

Help us understand your SPAM/AV filter setup. Are you using an offsite provider, an onsite appliance, software on the Exchange HT, or internal antispam agents?

We are using software on the local Exchange server. Software is Exchange Server Toolbox. I disabled the software to test and still did not receive the messages with attachments. Reviewing the message tracking logs, I don't ever see Exchange ever receiving the messages.

Are you using safelist aggregation with the software? Is it possible somebody blacklisted that sender or domain? Is it all users that cannot receive these files/emails or just one user?
