I disabled a users e-mail address when on holiday but seem to be unable to enable it again through AD. I typed the info in but it is not registered in Exchange and I keep getting the undeliverable message as they are still in the global address book.
How can I enable the original e-mail address?

Hi,

1. Open ESM and run cleanup agent ( right click store and run ).

2. Check if the user is crossed after running the CleanUp Agent, otherwise goto ADUC and right click it and then goto exchange task and remove the exchange attribute.

3. Goto exchange system manager and run clean up agent, it should get crossed.

4. Once it is crossed, reconnect it by clicking right click that user from ESM.

5. Try logging with that user.
