Hi

I am running Exchange 2003 service pack 2 on a windows 2000 server platform. Mail security for exchange is running in this environment.

Users retrieve their messages via Pop and send via smtp. exchange is used merely as a holding area for the messages. however users are now getting this error whenever they try to send a message via outlook "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

Why would this error occur and what can be done to resolve the issue.
