Hai to all
When one our user is try to forward the received messagesthe bellow errror is getting

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: loyal - xyz Extension.', Account: 'mail.XYZ.com', Server: 'mail.XYZ.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

Please some help me i don't no what to do

Try click to select the My server requires authentication check box, which is located in the Outgoing Mail Server properties in Outlook Express.
Tools->Accounts->Mail Tab->Click Properties->Servers Tab

I've noticed that you have major problems with your server & client pc.
I'd  start at the server first, have you done the SBS Best Practices Analyzer Tool?

No I have not done the SBS Best Practices Analyzer Tool?,can you tell me how do i use SBS Best Practices Analyzer Tool.is there any site where i can do the practice

Can i install  SBS Practice Analyzer on XP with SP2 or WIndows enterprises edition or it  works only on SBS
