I have exchange 2000 machine name EXCH#1 having 13GB edb & stm size (information store)using 2GB of Ram.

Reqirement!
want to create a replica machine for rodendency Falover Server e.g. EXCH#2 Auto databses replication & minimum time to switch over to backup server (Exch#2)

any sugestion...!
