Hi, this might be very generic in terms of the name written. but the issue is very weird.
I have an ex2k3 server with 1000 mailboxes. average mailbox size is 50 MB, message sixe is 2 MB.
Since 3 weeks theres been many emails stuck in local delivery queue.

ive got a 2x {2 disk RAID 1 config 10k SAS} and 8 gb ram. everything was working fine, but suddenly i notice the spike min local queue sizes during the peak hours. this never used to happen before.

Also, all the while average disk queue is always on the higher side. Disabled McAfee and all the resource eating rats. Checked in ProcEx and ProcMon who is eating so mucj I/O. Its the store.exe

i am not sure what is happening these days. and why is there so much of delay during the peak hours.
exchange is installed on D:/ and all three queues are on the D:/

Can anyone suggest where can i look for the problem? from where is it coming ?
