I have just been hired into a company that runs an Exchange Server.  I didn't setup this server, but looks to be functioning ok.  However some email recipients classify our mail as SPAM.  Currently we don't host our own domain.  So basically our emails get sent to a company hosting our domain, then we use our POP3 connectors to pull the email from them into our Exchange server.  I think some of the places are performing reverse DNS lookups on mail and that might be our problem.  How should our settings on our Exchange Server be setup? I think some of the settings in the Default SNMP Virtual Server might be wrong.  What should the fully qualified domain name be, and the Masquerade domain.  Maybe I'm looking into the wrong thing, let me know if you currently know about this setup or are also using POP3 connectors.
