I have 1 dc with name aaj.krishna.com. This dc is holder of all fsmo & also GC. I installed exchange server 2003 on my dc. Now its working fine. Now i deployed exchange 2003 on my another member of domain (node1.krishna.com) & also additional domain (node2.exchange.com). Now, when i open the esm on additional or member of the domain then its showing error of retrieving mount information id no. c1041721 exchange system manager. Information store service not running on both additional & member of the domain. when i saw the event logs 5000 event id showing & source msexchangeis. Kindly help on priority basis.

MSExchange.org is a free and public forum, and the people who answer questions voluntarily donate their time and experiences. There is no queue and no priority ticketing.
That said, c1041721 typically means the ESM cannot access the IS on the remote server. That can be a permissions issue and that can be a connection issue (networking, AD, other) but since you are seeing 5000 Events (I presume on the new server) which typically indicates a failure to start the Exchange Information Service, that is where you should start your troubleshooting.
If that is not what you meant, start by launching the ESM on the new Exchange server. Is it able to get data from all of the servers?
