Hi,
I want to host the exchange 2003 from the sister company in my comany main office. My company and sister company have VPN (Fast ethernet link).
I have wrote some step to plan the migration
Existing Exchange server 2003 server network:192.x.x.x. (sister company network)
create a network in main office:10.x.x.x
Install additional domain into existing forest of the sister company.(10.x.x.x
create new site in AD and move additional into new site.
Install additional exchange 2003 in same forest.
Replicate publicfolder
migration mailbox.

MY question are:
am i missing any step?
does this change anything for endusers?
Other option to migrate exchange from branch office into main office less down time ?
or any suggestion?

Thanks,
Giken
