Hi ,

We are running exchnage 2003 Sp-2 , i have setup a office email address as a public folder & receiving all emails fine. My requirement is , I have created a sub folder in the pulic folder.[ e.g: receive only] I want to setup a rule where as all the email are coming from one purticular user should automatlically divert to that folder. I was trying do it in the out look but doesn't have a option to move to another folder.

Dave,

So you are trying to create a rule to flag an email from a particular domain so it won't be delivered to this sub-public folder?
