We will be installing a new SBS 2008 server for a new environment, single domain forest. The exchange 2007 part is where I need help. It is basically 2 businesses on 1 network so an employee sends and receives emails under 2 different email addresses.
Business requirement:

Using only 1 exchange mailbox, how can I let them easily choose their from address when replying.

Is this possible with 1 mailbox or will a user need 2 mailboxes to accomplish this. It can't say "On Behalf Of". Also is there like a drop box ability to select the From address? Typing their whole from address will take a lot of time. They email address will have similar format (UserID@company.com). Oh they will be using Outlook 2003/2007.

Is there anything I should consider on the deployment? I am only a novice so not sure if I will need to setup seperate connectors for each email domain.

Additional Question/Answer
If I go with the 2 mailbox idea, will the default FROM address be implemented pending on which mailbox the email came to?

So if the email went to the inbox of mailbox for companyA the from address will automatically be UserID@companyA.com

Same thing if it went to CompanyB mailbox it will automatically be from UserID@companyB.com
I APPRECIATE your time and brain power!
-Chase

You need: http://www.ivasoft.biz/choosefrom2007.shtml
That's the only reliable way to make this happen and allow the users to retain control of what they send to whom, as whom.
