Dear all,

Iam facing a severe issue with my exchange 2007 server , it is sending out multiple copies of same email to external recipients, sometimes the recipient recieves 20+ copies of same email due to which some email scanners on the recipient side are blocking our emails and domain also due to which we are unable to send emails to those recipients, it is happening many types of domains, the email stands in the queue and keeps on sending multiple copies to the recipient.

another issue is of exchange 2007 sending blank emails to external recipients.

please help me urgently in this regard

DO you have Antivirus for exchange and SPAM detection in your environment? I suggest you also look at where the mails are comming from i.e if local client check the machine initiating these mails.

Yes we have a an inline box from Trend Micro Internet gateway security appliance , but the problem the message gets stuck in the exchange queue and the recipient recieves it continously , sometimes the external user informs my exchange users ,it is then when i go the exchange queue and remove it from the queue and the error it displays in the exchange queue is

421 4.2.2 connection dropped.
