All of a sudden some users are sending outbound email with blank email bodies and stripped attachments. The Recipient emails them back asking why the sender sent a blank email. This happens sporadically and dissapears sometimes after a reboot. We are using GFI Mailessentials 2010 and the attachments are not getting hung up there.

Here is an example:

Has anyone found an answer to this?

Sporadically, some emails which some of our users are sending manifest the same symptoms. We run Echange 2010 SP1 though
