I have Exchange 2010 with Sp2 on Windows 2008 R2. Everything was working fine from last 6 month or so suddenly one of my user (unfortunately my boss GM ) mailbox is giving me problem .

First Problem user was sending email on internal email address from outlook 2007 and it was giving this error

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: union swiss conference

this problem occurs only with one specific user .

2nd Problem

Same user logged in from web outlook few min it will work all of sudden below error will come.

By looking at the error, it seems the recipient is not existing in the AD/Exchange. Please cross check the user details in AD, if the user is existing then it is a problem with the post migration *(if your environment has migrated to Exchange 2010 from previous versions).

In this scenerio, i would suggest to add additional X500 custom e-mail address with /o=SARAUAE/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=david

This will resolve the issue. You can find this value in ADSIEDIT under the user properties-->legacy exchange attribute value.
