Exchange 2010 is not working on mobiles and pads after latest windows update and restart

After the latest windows update by windows 2008r2 it required to restart, after the restart (and not before), when trying to connect either from android or iphone or ipad or outlook anywhere, i get connection error. in the event log i get the following asp.net 2.0.50727.0 error, but the secure webmail is working and authenticating with the users.

any ideas?

tried all the updates that i could to uninstall them and restart but no luck same result
