I got a complaint from a user that they were sending e-mails to a vendor, but the vendors reply e-mails were not getting through to us. I checked the SMTP log and saw that the status for that domain was 503 for all incoming emails. The method went from MAIL to QUIT without any HELO or EHLO.

Is this a problem on my end, or the vendors end? We are getting all other e-mails fine.
