Dear All,

this is my first post. I am desperately looking for help. I hope you guys will help me.

Well, We have 2 exchange 5.5 Servers both configured for seperate Domain (xyz.com & abc.com)on 2 different machines (1Win NT + 1Win2K). They are running fine since last 4 years.

few days back I have added one more domain on on server and suddenly, both of them are not accessible. I have tested by sending mails. I am not getting any bounceback or delivery failed message. So I think mail delivery is working fine.

Only problem is when I am connecting Outlook to these servers "Exchange server is unavailable" message is coming.

I am not able to figure out what is the problem.

Pls. help.

Can you ping the server by name?

Can you ping the server by IP?

Sounds like you have a DNS / Name resolution issue.

yes..

I am able to ping, traceroute these server.

Apart from that the US based users are able to access it but I can not.

I have tried it by dialup connection, I was able to connect.

I have spoken to my ISP by they said there is no problem.

Pls. guide me.
