Hey. I am installing a new standalone Exchange 2007 server in my organization, and i plan to uninstall the existing standalone Exchange 2007 server. I know i will have to move the mailboxes and public folders etc from the current exchange server to the new one. However, I was wondering if there is any way to export all the settings from the current server as well(such as Hub Transport connectors, aliases, sendas permission, OWA etc) as well, so i dont have to reconfigure the new server? thanks.

If you are aleady having a standalone machine in place then why you want to remove it and put a new one instead?
Is the current setup not working properly?

i do not think there is a way you can clone the existing setup onto the new one but yes you can export connector settings and all through CMDlet

the standalone installation is on a DC(not reccomended), and i wanted to move away from that setup. I am going to virtualize the exchange server to avoid this setup. what is the name of the cmdlet to export connectors? thanks.
