Hello,

I have a little problem with our signatures, we have to install those on every client, and if something changes, we have to do it all over again. (100 clients)
So my question is :
How do you push an e-signature on exhange user messages with the user his telephone, fax, etc...

is this possible ?

Many Thanks to help  !!

Greetings Stéphane

Hiya Steph have a look at the following article here it tells you where Outlook stores the signature files. Essentially you could use a logon script which copies a default signature for each user on logon from a network share - if you have any questions or need further information about how to do this please let us know.

We use a product called Symprex Mail Signature Manager.. it's not free, but if you do want complicated signatures then it's very handy... We've been bought and re-sold this year and it would have been a serious pain in the butt to change over everyone's email signatures (including remote users)...

But it should be fairly easy to write a vb script to run at logon to generate a standard signature directly into the outlook folder... But I'm no VB guru, so we bought the Symprex product instead... Been using it for about 6 months, works a treat everytime we've made changes (marketing info etc, name changes).
