Hi All!

We have Exchange server 2003 with almost 2000 users, when we start the server, everything works fine for half an hour, and then outlooks shows connected to Microsoft exchange, but nobody gets email, or when they send emails, it stuck in Queue, Please let us know what are the steps we should take.

Thanks is advance!

Does the server have enough CPU and Memory for the number of users that are connecting?

Also look at Perfmon to see whether the disk performance is bad. For example check the disk queues and make sure they are less than 2.

Are your users connecting with Outlook in cached mode? That can help reduce server load as well.
