Is there a way to have my exchange server 2003 fetch hotmail mails and bring them to the exchange sever? Like a connector or something. Hotmail seems to lack forward features.

You can configure Outlook 2000/2003 to access HTTP based mail services such as Hotmail. Creat a new account and select HTTP from the list of available account types, using this method HTTP based mail is 'pulled' to the client machines.
