Hey guys,
I have run into a issue I can't sort out.

One of the employees wants his company email forwarded to gmail. Doesn't seem like it should be very difficult so I follow a couple of tutorials on implementing it.

Everything is setup correct it just doesn�t work for some reason. I created a contact for the external email (gmail), then, on his user's properties tabs in Active Directory users and computers, in Exchange General > Mail Delivery, I added that contact as a forwarding address.

When I test it he gets it in his normal company email but never gmail.
Any ideas?

Could my Firewall be blocking it somehow?

Very doubtful it is a firewall issue. However, there is nothing to lose by checking the firewall logs. However, see if message tracking helps or determine if the problem is just with that user, or just to that forwarded recipient or just to gmail, etc.
