I am trying to do a test move of an account from our Exchange 2007 server to Exchange 2013 machine.

When I tell the batch to move both mailbox and archive, the migration just sits there and does nothing.

When I tell the batch to move just the mailbox (as we don't have archives). I get the following message. Error: MigrationPermanentException: Unable to process a move that deals with separate primary and archive mailboxes because server ý'XXXXXXXXX'ý(Version 8.3 ý(Build 298.0)ý)ý doesný't support such moves

I cannot find anything on this error anywhere on the web. Has anybody else seen it?

Andy

If Your EDB files of exchange Server have been damaged or corrupted then due to EDB file corruption, all outlook mailboxes on exchange network also become corrupt or inaccessible. To get rid of from this situation use: http://tinyurl.com/q49vqqv

You may want to consider a 3rd party migration solution, we were referred to Priasoft and it worked great. Completely automated the process, Priasoft.com
