Dear All,

when ever i shutdown and restart exchange server 2003 with sp2 i have to manually start the exchange information store service

In services it has been configure automically please any one help me to work it properly

hi mate,

There could be number of reason.

First thing - clear up your application and system log, then reboot the server - find out any errorevent occured.

-> Run exbpa tool - you can get it from www.exbpa.com
-> Confirm that your Exchange folder are excluded from antivirus and under registry MSEXchangeIS there is one option called as background virus scanning set to 0 and reboot the server
-> make sure that your antivirus is full updated
