Hi all! I'm having the following problem with Exchange 2003 and any help on this would be much appreciated! :) After changing the DC on the network to Windows 2003 and upgrading the functional level on the network to W2003 happens that although I can send emails from Outlook to both internet and external addresses I cannot receive emails from external addresses, only receives from internal mailboxes. Note that this ONLY happens on new mailboxes that are created, the old ones that were already in Exchange work perfectly. No delivery errors are received in Ouytlook and after checking the System Manager in Exchange, the message counter for the mailbox esupdates the number of messages in the mailbox when an external email is received. So basically when retrieving emails on Outlook 2002, internal emails are retrieved but the external ones dont! Again, this only happens in newly created mailboxes in Exchange, the ones that were already in the system when I got there do not have this problem. Thanks in advance. Fernando London,UK

Do the new user objects have the proper set of Email addresses? Are you creating these addresses manually, or is your Recipient Policy populating them?

Yes they do have the proper set of emails addresses, and its being created by Recipient Policy....therefore my trouble figuring out why this is happening on newly created acccounts but not on the old ones...
