Failover for Typical Exchange setup

Hello All

I am in exchange 2003 evironment with 100 mailboxes looking to upgrade to Exchange 2007 is there any way to setup failover for a Typical setup since it will have all of the Default Roles we have two three servers to dedicate to ex2007 ?

Could you please ellaborate it little bit details.

you can do transition from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007.

Or if you have less number of users you can take the pst and do a fresh installation of exchange 2007

If I understand you right then I would use 2 servers with CAS/HUB in a WNLB configuration and then 2 servers running CCR for the mailboxes.  If you only have 3 servers then the CCR with 2 servers for the mailbox and the last server for CAS/HUB.
