I have been asked to create an email box on our Exchange 2003 SBS which would catch all email from all our domain users outgoing/incoming to a specific customer (user). Can I do this with the Exchange System Manager or do I need some sort of 3rd party solution? Ideally, our management team wants a copy of all outgoing/incoming emails sent to janedoe@contoso.com put in a mailbox that I would then give rights to access to specific users.

Thanks in advance for any input on this.
