All,
I'd like to be able to locate and list all exchange email accounts that are configured to use server based rules. More specifically locate any accounts that have auto replies (dear customer thank you for your query etc).
I'm concerned that accounts like this if unmanaged could represent a security hole.
Any ideas?

I am not aware of any way to do that. Rules are a client side setting (even when stored on the server) and are stored in the mailbox in a way that cannot be extracted from the server. Automatic replies and forwards to the internet should be blocked anyway.
