We finally got our Edge server and it is working well.

the newest problem is that I am getting reports of email being rejcted. When I was running just Symantec I could easily look it uip. Now that I am using the Edge server for spam it is bit different with the log file in the Exchange shell.

Is there a cmd just to retrive emails that have been rejected by receipiant? By that I mean if joe@mycompany.com calls to tell me that his custoemr got an NDR or the email did not arrive, I would like to see all the emails that were sent to joe@mycompany.com that were rejected.

Message tracking should give you most of this information. You will probably need something else to process the logs though - message tracking in Exchange 2007 was a big let down.

However if the message has been rejected (instead of quarantined) then you will not be able to retrieve the message - it has gone.
