Hello all;

I am sending an email to a distribution list of employees in our organization. The message includes both images (logo's) and text. I have created the email in Word but quickly found that cutting a pasting it into OWA I lost the graphics. I solved this by putting the graphics into a text box in Word along with my message, cutting and pasting it into MS Outlook, forwarding it to myself and opening it in OWA and voila the message and graphics were visible - I then need to forward the email to my distribution list. I experimented with RTF, HTML and the standard Word format - RTF seemed to work best but...

Unfortunatley the fonts I have tried to use and that look great when opened in Outlook look "blobby" and are difficult to read when viewed in OWA. Just wondering if someone can give me some direction on the best font to use and maybe a simpler method of creating an email message with graphics that will display properly in OWA.
