how do i force-delete the SCR?

the standby server is up, but the storage group is already deleted.

i've tried enabling, deleting, resuming, i always get the same error:

Update-StorageGroupCopy : The Windows Cluster service encountered an error during function IsNodeClustered.
At line:1 char:24
+ Update-StorageGroupCopy <<<< -Identity "ds01\First Storage group" -StandbyMachine DS02 -DeleteExistingFiles

the same with
Enable-StorageGroupCopy -Id
entity "DS01\First Storage Group" -StandbyMachine DS02 -ReplayLagTime 0.1:0:0
Enable-StorageGroupCopy : The Windows Cluster service encountered an error during function IsNodeClustered.
At line:1 char:24
+ Enable-StorageGroupCopy <<<< -Identity "DS01\First Storage Group" -StandbyMa
chine DS02 -ReplayLagTime 0.1:0:0

i'm not using ANY kind of clustering
