hello, i have a question.
if i'm removing the exchange server from the organization and i want to re-install the exchange sever, do i need to run the Forestprep command again?

Nope. Once a domain and forest are prepped you don't need to do them again unless you identify some kind of problem or have made changes to the groups in AD.
