Hi,

I'm trying to found a way to set mail flow rule to do the following:
- the massage has been sent to {Distribution Group} and the {UserA} is part of that group then > Send Bcc Copy to {UserB}

for more understanding her is the scenario: When MANAGER go for leave. ActingManager shoul handle the activities till he come back. we need ActingManager receive copy of the mails which has been send to DistributionGroups of MANAGER { Direct Mails shouldn't be forwarded!! }
I think there is a way to do it

I need your help Experts :)

Yes , its possible

Pls check for transport rules.
