Hi everyone,

Is there a way to configure exchange 2007  to forward all email to an SMTP server if the exchange server does not have a mail box for that recipient in the email domain?
For example
User1@hutchison-mrc.cam.ac.uk has a mailbox on the exchange server
User2@hutchison-mrc.cam.ac.uk has a mail box held by the University mail server

So if user1 emails user2 it fails as there no mailbox for the user2. What I would like to happen is if user1 emails user2 and if no mail box is found on the exchange server then the server forwards the email  to an external SMTP server.

Is this possible? how would I do it?

Many Thanks if anybody could help

Steve
