Hi All

Background Information
I am running Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2007/2010 clients. Is it possible to forward messages automatically from one person's mailbox to multiple persons.

Thanks

You could create a distribution group and populate the distribution group with your intended recipients.

Creating a distribution group is probably your best bet or you can just add multiple recipients.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335170.aspx

Using get-inboxrule I've been able to add mutliple recipients in the ForwardTo and they both will add. The Syntax I've used is below:

new-inboxrule -name NameOfRule -mailbox nameofmailbox -ForwardTo 'person1@domain.com','person2@domain.com'

Just to note...when I run get-inboxrule against the rule, it only shows the one address but I checked it in the mailbox or via OWA and both mail address's were added.
