In our Outlook profile there is a service for our Exchange Server as well as our ISP. The Exchange server service receives mail from our local network while the ISP service receives mail from the Internet.

How can I distinguish between mail received from Exchange vs mail received from our Host (from the Internet)? I want to resend only the exchange mail our to an Internet address.

Best thing if you let exchange do this for you. Just configure a forwarding address as follows:

1. From AD Users & Computers open the properties of your user account.

2. Select 'Exchange General'->Delivery Options

3. Configure the forwarding address here and set the checkbox 'Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox' so as outlook will still be able to download the mail.
