Dear all,
Recently, all my email addresses in the global address list has been used by some on-line internet shop to send junk email to us.
Can somebody tell me why is this happened? Is this cause by virus ? Or somebody give away our email addresses to the on-line shop ?
How should i stop them from sending the emails?

How it happened? someone could have used and address from your company at the site and they are just masking addresses and blindly sending them. or someone on the inside could have provided them to the site.

As for how to stop it you can block the email address by address space and/ or IP in the IMS/IMC configuration.
