Hello we are using Exchange server 2007 and my OWA 2007 users are not receiving emails with attachments they are receiving only plain text emails,

The attachment size to receive and send email is 20mb, i am able to send mails with attachment to yahoo or hotmail or..... but i am not receiving emails from yahoo or hotmail having attachment ,only plain text mails i am receiving from yahoo or hotmail.

We are using mcafee groupshield for exchange and i have stopped the services and checked still the same issue, the issue is from last one week or so and i have not updated the server with microsoft updates recently , please help me,
