Hello,
We have 2 HUB servers installed for High Availability.  AD takes care of message routing and load balancing through the HUB servers but what do you for applications that you can only enter one entry for message routing.  Is it okay to create a DNS alias for example called HUB that has two entries pointing to HUBSERVER1 and HUBSERVER2 and then point the application to route email through HUB?  If the application is pointed at HUBSERVER1 and the server fails then the application will not be able to route email.

Is there another way?
Thanks.
W.

Indeed. RR is fine. If you are worried about an HT failing then use NLB.
