Is your outlook client trying to communicate with an Exchange server that is across a VPN link?

Cheers

Hiya mate, on an Outlook 2003 client that is not working in the registry have you gone to:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\

Deleted each profile entry under this key and then recreated then using the Mail applet in Control Panel?

Cheers

Hiya, ok that is fine, you will see that entry in the Registry key that I gave you.
Delete it from the Registry - and then use the Control panel to recreate the mail settings.

Thanks

Hiya Moshin,

On your client computers (not the server) which have Outlook installed that do not work - delete the entries from the Registry and then recreate the Outlook profiles and point them at your Exchange Server.

This is not done on the server - it needs to be done on a machine that has Outlook installed, that is not working.

Cheers,

A

Ok, we need to do this on a client machine that is running OUTLOOK - those keys are created by Outlook (they should be there) and define the MAPI profile.

Please have a look at a machine that is Using Outlook 2003 that doesn't work, then look for the Registry Setting on that machine and try what I have suggested.

Cheers
