We have finally convinced our business to move to exchange and I am investigating implementation.  I have some proposals and now I need to create a recommendation document.

In my notes I have created a list of things I have determined need to be investigated or implemented prior to roll-out as I don't want any hidden things to pop up and throw an extra $20k on top of the budget.

What I'm looking for is feedback or advice on other considerations I need to make before presenting the final proposal and budget recommendation.

My List so far is:

1. Storage requirements
2. Storage policies
3. Licensing requirements
4. Additional feature requirements:
a) Archiving
b) unified messagin
c) voip
d) redundancy
5. Desktop analysis
a) Windows versions & requirements
b) Office versions & requirements
6. Network analysis- branch office bandwidth and requirements

Any additional items i should consider and cater for?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

BTW - We are currently running a pop3 server (imail) for all our mail and we are also in the process of changing our name which means we will be able to configure a brand new domain on the new server and phase out the old domain
