I have a problem with some commom mailboxes. I have 3 common mailboxes and when an email is recived in the MS Exchange Server (2000 or 2003) commom mailbox it need to notify other email adr. A person x enter the common mailbox and he/she reads and delete the msg.

Can anyone help ?

2 Words: Store Sink

By default you cannot do this. However you can create either a Store Sink or Public Folder sink so that when it is read, it is deleted or moved. Look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/ & http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q288/2/21.asp
