IŽll appreciate if you can help me with the following problem.

How I can set up a mailbox so that when it receives an email, it can send back the message "No Reply ...."

Make sure you've thought this through before implementing a solution.

You can create a server-side rule, but that replies to every message. The danger is if the message comes from an address with an equivalent configuration, the two mailboxes will reply to each other ad infinitum.

You can create an Out Of Office response to get around the "reply forever" issue, but that will only send the response to the first message received from any particular sending address.

The real question is why do you need to send a "no reply" response? Many entities use the words in the address (e.g. noreply@mycompany.com) or include verbage in the outbound message (e.g. "don't reply to this message") then don't accept messages addressed to it.

Hi,

The user ask us to create a mailbox with specific name: eventos@dominio.cl.

The idea is that when sending mail to eventos@dominio.cl this box to send back a text and the message "No-Reply"
