Hi,

I have recently installed SBS2003/Exchange Server and am currently using a POP3 connector to download email. We used to be able to pick up email using a Blackberry from the same POP3 account but unfortunately there is no option to leave the messages on the server as there used to be in Outlook.

Is there any way of getting around this? I see MAPI Lab have some software to do this but is there any hack/workaround to do this?

Hi,

Setting the following registry key to 0 enables the pop3 connector to leave the messages on the Pop3 Server after downloading them:

HKLM\software\microsoft\smallbusinessserver\network\pop3
connector\deletefromserver.

Please note that this feature is not supported by MS.

Thanks for the suggestion, will give it a try. I guess I will just have to clear down the messages from the server using a pc setup to delete messages after x days?

Hi Checkout this
1.How to leave a copy of message in the pop3 server while downloading emails from the pop3 sever?

Go to the following registry location
HKLM\software\microsoft\smallbusinessserver\network\pop3connector\deletefromserver
� The default value will be 1, Change the value to 0.
